We had an idea of what style of photos we wanted to capture our wedding. As we didn’t go with a videographer, having raw, candid, and emotion filled photos was important to us. All it took for us was viewing Bobbi’s portfolio and from her initial email, we knew immediately she was who we wanted to go with.Neither of us are really comfortable behind the camera, but Bobbi gave us direction and reassurance to continue what we were doing and all fears went away. She did a good job reminding us to just look at eachother and the love was shown through the photos.Her energy is amazing, she’s an absolutely talented photographer, and she produces incredible results. Bobbi was incredible! We were traveling to Nelson as a family and I stumbled across Bobbi and her work and we were so lucky to get time with her! I met with Bobbi for business photos, and our entire experience with her was phenomenal. When I told our staff we were doing business photos every single one of them groaned. When Bobbi came to the clinic, there was something about her energy and the way she explained everything that really made the staff, clients and patients not only willing to participate, but also very comfortable with the entire process—something I didn’t think was possible(seriously, have you ever tried to take a picture of your pet doing a cute thing?!). She so upbeat and engaging that she managed to get photos of every single one of our staff members without staging them like puppets! They were all in their natural elements. When I saw the photo album at the end I was in absolute awe, Bobbi is so talented-- every object, animal and person she captured was so natural and truly beautiful.
