Absolutely useless . Had emailed multiple times and took weeks to receive the paperwork I was suppose to have receive months ago . I also tried calling multiple times and yet no one EVER was at the phone . They mistreat staff unbelievably it’s brutal . work here at your own risk .

Head office lacks caring people and communication. They do not return emails or calls. Probably especially if your child/children are already enrolled. I've left numerous messages and not one was returned. It doesn't take that much time to dial 10 digits or type a sentence in an email response. They don't seem to communicate well with their daycare locations either. My inquiries may have to be escalated as this is just terrible service. Or maybe it comes from the top.

Teachers are very cold and they do only their job. my 3-year son had a lot of bad times in School, he was crying a lot , when I wanted withdrew him , they said you should give 2-month notice , they did not give my deposit around $ 2000, now my son is going to a public school and he is very happy.

Please talk to your drivers about safety on the roads. Today Feb 15th 2023 at 9:30am one of your drivers (license plate AN30559) was on Eglinton driving east near Martin Grove and nearly hit me from behind because of their speeding. I looked in my rear view and saw them swerve to avoid hitting me, which made me try to steer out of the way because I thought I was gonna get hit. They continued to weave in and out of traffic while speeding. Very reckless driving especially for someone using a company vehicle advertising kids health.

This is the Head Office. Nobody answers the phone. There's no way to get to Operator (if they indeed have one), despite instructions to Dial 0" for the Operator."
