By far the best customer service I’ve ever had and I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. Friendly and professional staff. The owners and their family have the best qualities, they really take care of their clients. And the work was phenomenal, when I went to pick up my car, it was as good as new. You would never imagine that it had been in an accident. If you want a place that will do a great job ( they really went over and beyond) and have great work ethic and great customer service: THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! I had best experience and I will definitely be going back. Was referred to them by my insurance and the whole process went smoothly. And everything was done in such a reasonable time. A friend referred me to them for my BMW M4. My front bumper had been hit by a hitch and scratched. They told me to bring it right away, checked it out and gave me a very fair estimation that was not over priced like BMW. They took care of my car within 2 days and the bumper looks brand new.Thank you guys

What a great experience, the professional staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They took care of the insurance from A-Z, they also provided a courtesy car.They even took care of old small scratches on the body, and did an inside outside cleaning, when I got the car back it looked like a brand new one.I would strongly recommend this body shop for everyone, using their service is a must.

Wow what to say about CARSTAR St michel. The owner Albert is the kindest and most professional mechanic in montreal by far. My car had a lot of rust and brought it to the bodyshop and when i came back i couldnt believe my eyes. The car was so clean and looked new. He also cleaned and did a treatment and made my car shine again. He also repaired an issue with my door for free.
