Wonderful hostess and waitress. Casual but stylish “country” setting. Booths, high chairs, long shared benches or a comfy cushioned chair beside a fire, seating was varied. Had dinner, that was enjoyable with a house brew. Bread was all made in house. My French onion soup was amazing.

Love this place. The vibe is so positive and casual. I didn’t try any food but the next table had nachos and looked amazing definitely going back to try them. Staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. Overall very happy.

Enjoyed a lunch here the other day. Service was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Is a very clean space with lots of seating. Food was well prepared and prices were reasonable. Good for a date night or to have a well crafted brew with the crew. Totally recommend.

This was our third stop of the day and I was very impressed with both the staff and the vibe of the crowd. The live music was a nice touch and it wasn't so loud you couldn't talk with your friends. Love the layout. Great selection of craft beer and I lived the fact that they had mixed pack 6 packs. Decided to grab both a Winter six pack as well as one of their branded glasses. Was not able to try the good.

The atmosphere of rustic reel is great, very open so you can enjoy the great weather, lots of seating options, we sat in the chairs near the far end, and they where very comfortable. Service was very quick ( you can also go up to the bar and order too if it gets busier and you have to stand)Food was amazing and large portions, lots of beer options, even if you aren’t a beer fan they have something for you! They also have a coffee bar in the back that is open in the morning to early afternoon.A must try on your Kelowna brewery tour!

The drinks and delicious and the food is outstanding! Not your typical pub fare, more upscale than that. Get the chicken wings and waffles! Or the gnocchi! Or the potatoes! You can't go wrong here. Lovely open concept space, nice for bigger groups, sexy patio day and night, too!

Comedy night at Rustic Reel! Our group of 8 had a great evening with good food and laughs! I am not a beer drinker so I enjoyed a delish ceaser with local spirits and matched that with a burger and crispy potatoes. So yummy. Thanks for the night out!!

I left this place feeling like I had just eaten in a high school cafeteria where the cool kids went out of their way to make it unpleasant. Lots of folks have great things to say; I do not. I found the place pretentious and manipulative. Came in wanting a pint and a sandwich, chatted with the host, sat down and when ordered. At that time the server informed us that there was a special event going on outside and that there would be a $10 minimum donation. It turns out it was for animals so we stayed. The cider was good, the sandwich was standard pub faire- both were expensive.When we went to pay they informed us it was actually $10 minimum / person.Sure would have been nice to be told up front. Like paying a cover charge for an event that you didn’t attend.Weird business model.I left feeling that this place was greasy.Given the options in Kelowna I wouldn’t recommend it.
