Had the pleasure of dealing with both Dana and Marlene with my proposal over the last few months and they have given me invaluable information to move forward with and help keep my financial situation on track. Very pleased with Sands and I would highly recommend dealing with them.

She didn't make him feel bad for his financial situation but was so helpful and gracious. I was really in debt and in a really bad place before I got in touch with Sands and Associates, but Darlene helped me really quickly actually, and we got everything signed and on track within a month I believe. My consumer proposal was approved with no issues, and ever since then everything has been going great. I've been paying down my consumer proposal and I'm way less stressed than I was before. On top of that Marlene and Karen handled my 2 counselling sessions perfectly. The 3 of them were great, and very understanding and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me!
