It took me from 2:15 till 2:32 to get an chai tea iced latte. When I arrived the drive threw looked busy so I figured it would be best to go inside. I go inside and there were 2 people waiting so I went right up amd ordered. I stood there while the online orders were being.g taken care of before my 1 drink. Ridiculous. They need to manage this location better. Everyone that went inside an ordered waited about the same time. Do better guys

This is the best Starbucks in Orangeville. In fact it's the only Starbucks in Orangeville. Everyone is always friendly and they move like lightning

Worst starbucks I have ever been in staff wise they are supper slow they know some of their costumers and their orders are the first ones they proceed with for a cup of tea I was waiting for 45 min!!! Avoid this branch guy your time a lot more important

Bacon Gouda sandwich was okay. Probably wouldn't get it again but my pistachio steamer was perfect. The staff are very friendly and nice.

They gave me this much coffee in cup for a grande cappuccino. I felt the cup was light at the time of takeout so I asked if this is by mistake but the guys told me that there’s no mistake.. cappuccinos are foam and very little coffee… I have been drinking starbucks for ages now and have never experienced this… this was literally the quantity in my cup!!!

Normally ok but today I got a mocha latte at almost $6.00 and it's only half full! Even with whipped cream that I didn't ask it was still over an inch below the rim. Either lazy or cheap

The staff were lovely, courteous and attentive. However on a busy long weekend the physical storefront was closed with no access to washrooms. No option to order ahead via the app, only way to order was to line up in the large slow moving drive-thru lineup.

I have always found the staff here to be super friendly - consistently. These days it's so hard to find good service, and I always appreciate the people working at this location for being friendlier than most other locations!

Tonight I went into Starbucks to get my usual drink and I happened to forget to ask for it iced. When I realized I quickly thought I could just ask for a cup of ice and have a quick fix to the problem but the barista who made my drink insisted on making me a new one that was iced. This was absolutely amazing service as she didn’t need to make the drink again because it was my mistake but she did it anyway! Thank you so much to the amazing staff for constantly going above and beyond for their customers.
