Sea Jewels in Bayfield

Not from Bayfield was visiting family, live over an hour away and would not be coming back anytime soon. Bought a “sterling silver” anklet, paid $40 wore it for a few hours on my drive home went to remove it and it broke. Called the store basically told me there was nothing I could do other than bring it to the store so they could have it, tried to explain that I live far away and would not be traveling back anytime soon. And all they had to say was, “I’m not sure what you want me to do”, no remorse (not even an apology), didn’t even want to know how it happened or what was broken. Unfortunate that such a cute store is selling cheap jewelry as something that it is obviously not and can’t even attempt to accommodate travelling customers when I’m sure most of their customers are tourists. I hope they learn from their mistakes because I for one will not be returning.

Bayfield site has good prices on everything. They also have boomerangs, clothes, pictures for display.Highway store have a 7 foot Alien made out of 2 stroke Engines, very cool.

I bought a stainless steel" nose ring from Sea Jewels last week and it has already started to tarnish. Not good quality at all and obviously not "stainless" as advertised. Disappointed."

Cute gift shop selling interesting and unique tchotchkes, decor, oils and incense, wooden instruments, and jewelry. Not many stores in the area like Sea Jewels.

I’m not from Bayfield but visit on a regular basis, I stumbled upon Sea Jewels a couple years ago and I visit every time I’m in the area. Their products are top notch, they have a huge selection of sterling silver jewellery, home goods and women’s clothing. Their staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Their prices are amazing as is the quality of their jewellery. Highly recommend checking them out!

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have to give them one. I returned a ring I got there just a week before as is oxidized and turned my finger green. The lady told me to didn’t buy it there when I clearly did. Being called a liar where I spend over $400 and make special trips there to shop over an hour and a half away is not a great business practice. You’ve lost me as a customer and will tell everyone I know! I’m disgusted!!!

Love this store,used to shop here a lot when it was in London,Ontario.Such a shame it left London Masonville Mall..we miss you!

Sea Jewels is a jewel of a shop (there are a few locations in SW Ontario) full of lovely bits and pieces. I love their necklaces and earrings, spouse loves their creative mens' rings, kids like the string figures and intriguing sculptures, and we all love the musical instruments. They also stock clothing and various bags and backpacks. Great for gifts and souvenirs.

Hours not accurate. Never open.
