I asked the owner if it was true he is intending to close soon, and he said no absolutely not. He just renewed his lease last month and is staying put. I was glad to hear it!Doda is a lovely little shop with a wonderful owner and wide variety of treasures. A bit pricy for smalls, but I understand the owner is trying to handle rising rent prices. I loved their jewelry selection!

Not really an antique store. There are some antiques for sure. But also a lot of art and stuff that looks home made. If I were to hazard, the Traditonal antique part of the store was 25-35% of the store. Maybe some of the art is made from antiques. If you like Traditonal antique hunting (we do) this one may not be for you. But everyone is different so look at the photos closely and decide for yourself. The person working there was nice.

Earlier reviewer said this was closing, it was still open on July 1 2023. I had time to kill while my wife was in Macleods Books so I wondered over. Better than most antique shops. A number of gems in here. I bought a serpentine transformation for my collection and a nutcracker. Worth the time spent in here.

This is a nice place to visit and find cool stuff but not a mere antique shop. Not all the things are antique. The shop runner is a nice man.

This place is kinda like a hidden gem. I’ve purchased some stuff from here over a few months and nothing looks the same. Each item is different and has a story...I love hunting for middle eastern treasures in this place.

I love this shop. I collect vintage Himalayan jewelry, and this store never lets me down when I come by for a little treasure hunt. The man who runs/owns the shop is very nice and helpful. Definitely worth your trip and support.

Great selection of jewellery and ceramics. Other antiques as well like boxes, tins etc. Prices are not over the top but neither are they crazy bargains, mid to high price range. Items are mostly very high quality! Jewellery ranging from antique victorian pieces to Guy Vidal and other mid-century designers to Mexican sterling.Very much enjoyed looking around this store. There is tons to see but is is all very clean and well organized.
