I had an extremely frustrating experience at this LifeLabs location. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I was left waiting for over half an hour past my scheduled time. The staff were not only unapologetic about the delay, but also seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I tried to inquire about the status of my appointment.To make matters worse, when I was finally seen by a technician, they didn't even bother to check my details correctly, leading to further delays and confusion. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service at this LifeLabs lab. It's unacceptable to make customers wait and not respect their appointment times, and the staff should be more professional and courteous in their interactions with customers. I would strongly advise against using this location.

I have gone twice to this location. Made an appointment. Had my stuff and on the second trip - they said “oh we don’t do that test here”Why didn’t they say that the first time?What a waste of my time last week and this week. Worst services ever. Wonder why disease and Illness spreads? Clearly medical incompetence.

Very unprofessional and rude. She refused to give her first name after standing there blowing up. Everyone has their rough days. But book the day off work then. Don't come into the work force and belittle people because you don't want to do your job!

Staff was one of the most friendly and welcoming I’ve ever encountered. While they were busy, they would ask how I was today and patiently explain to me next steps. They also let me stay 15 min after they closed to help me complete my requisition.

No respect to people's times and schedule..20 mins after we are checked in,40 mins after we are seated,Now waiting..

Very terrible and disappointing. Who books a pregnant woman for a fasting test (been fasting for over 13 hours, came in at my appointment time, had to wait for over 40 minutes, only to be informed that they’d be closing in an hour and because my test is for two hours, they wouldn’t be able to attend to me.

The staff are very helpful and considerate although my blood test is one Day before my schedule they accommodate me. That's why every time I have a blood works I always booked my appointment in this location. Keep up the good work guys

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has zero respect for its patients and their staff is some of the worst. Honestly, most of the nurses should be outta a job. I once had an incident here and the best they could do was nothing. The nurses gave me a hard time and actually argued back with me.

Always lineup. What is the point of booking appointment. No staff. They are get 8 people work from 2 girls.

This place should be shut down due to unprofessional phlebotomy technicians! They have uncut and dirty nails. My spouse took my 2 year old child for blood test, and they hurt the toddler by squeezing his hand very hard, and they even left a bruise.
