Dropped in to Bucks Auto after my buddy's Dodge pickup encountered driveshaft hanger bearing failure. We found piece that was necessary at bucks auto for $40 and an hour replacing it we were back on the road. :) Nice people, reasonably well organized, cheap.

Called bucks to have them pick up an end of life vehicle. Despite being told I'd be contacted within a couple days I didn't hear back for 12 days. I had also called twice to check the status of the pickup as I was only in town for a short period. Said they'd call me back but never did. They also told me on the phone that the vehicle tow was free but they didn't mention that the tow isn't free but instead is deducted from the money they pay you for your vehicle.

Has been coming here for years. But the most recent people at the counter are the absolute worst! 0 customer service skills. Incredibly rude and people repellent can't even talk to them..horrendous.What happened to the blondies and red head girls!!? Made the experience so welcoming before!

I don’t know how much Pick-N-Pull pays to inventory so a person can locate vehicles easily, but I’d happily pay you guys the same $1 entry fee to save myself from walking around like a moron searching for the vehicle I need if you had a similar system.Also you’re prices are astronomically higher priced than Pick-N-Pull.

A good auto parts store where you can pick up any part at reasonable price. The girl Ramanpreet at counter was too good and knowledgeable about location of each vehicle. They have a return policy but give you only store credit for parts returned.

The staff are really rude and ignorant they did pretty much everything but patt us down on the way in they searched us on the way in and tried to go through my purse witch wasn't even bigger than a coffee mug I will never return to bucks agin I have never felt so violated in my life they have lost a long time costomorer ×2

They will tell you, you can return the item but when you are returning it, they will tell you its final sale no return. Full of liar here. They dont even help customer to look for the car. They are just siiting in their aircon office. They dont even give you proper direction to where the car us. Its up to you to look for the car. Bad service and liars
