Worst store chain ever.They have bad quality cloths. It got all fuzzy and bubbly in few hours without even washing.We went to return them, and they make us run between customer care and stores. Not only they do not accept returns on bad quality cloths, but they will treat you very bad.Didnt know such 3rd world product and services exist here.Their customer service number is even worse. They said the store will refund it, and store did not accept that from service center. To makes the matter even worse by asking us to get the sign of the manager from store!! They could rather just put big 'Go to hell if you have a problem' sign in front of stores.Wont go to the store and would recommend to avoid it.

Worst customer service experience ever. If your items are shipped to the wrong address, guess what? You still have to pay for it! Good luck on dealing with Lasership and getting the delivered" status changed!"

The store has great deals often and they have been very helpful when I am looking for something specific.

Great deals with their current sale. The sales representative was rude. I questioned the percentage off a product and I was ignored ignored then when I asked again, she said she'd look into it later". I was purchasing products marked down for 70%- two items rang in at 60% off- I asked about it and nothing was done. My other two items rang in at 80% off. The sales representative looked me straight in the eye and asked if I wanted the items at 70% as that's what the sign said. I get it- retail can suck

I love this store. I will give it only 4 stars because of my experience yesterday. I went with my friend and our kids. As we entered, a pregnant employee approached us. She was looking at us and our kids from top to bottom (we do look normal) , had no smile on her face, she was very unwelcoming. She asked if we’re looking for anything with attitude and we said we’re just shopping around. She was very rude, kept staring with a mad face. Clearly she is working at the wrong store. IT’s a children store! if kids coming in the store bothers her that much then she shouldn’t be working there. The other employees were nice specially the gentleman. They smiled, welcomed us and helped. We don’t ask for much, but there are lots of other children stores in the mall. I just hope that lady is not the manager lol

The staff were very helpful when looking for something specific and they have great deals.
