They delivered my dishwasher last week - loved the quick service. The gentleman was also kind and agreed to drop off the electrical plug for the old dishwasher they picked up to take for recycling, after my plumber told me I needed to install the new dishwasher. Appreciated him being willing to drop it off.

Andre and Conroy did a great Job. They were friendly, carried the item and delivered it nicely and safely.

We had excellent service on three different occasions from Custom Delivery. Each of the delivery people were friendly, kind, polite and accommodating. They made sure to get our two large appliances in on two separate occasions and a furniture delivery where the delivery person insisted on carrying the heavy boxes up to our unit because they felt the job wasn't done by leaving it just in the lobby floor. It was so lovely. They were mindful of our floors and were very safe with masking. Appreciated the care and thoughtfulness. The booking system is also top notch with the automated calls to tell you where they are at with the delivery the day before and day off. Super impressed and we are happy the retailers we are purchasing from are using them.

Was hoping to have a vanity delivered to my house but the delievery people ended up at my neighbors house on another block. The man couldn't even get into his house they left it sitting in front of his front door. The box is torn up, broken and looks like they kicked it off the truck.. The nice neighbor helped my partner carry the 200lbs vanity far enough we could man handle it into the basement. Thanks for not delivering the product to my house guys. I wish zero stars was an option here since you guys never technically got it to me and it better not be damaged... Wayfair needs to find another Delivery company.

Had IKEA deliver my order here to be picked twice now. Quick and simple, in and out.Bring your order number and ID.

Absolutely horrible. Me and my wife ordered a couch, and instead custom delivery solutions delivered us a toilet. Which the delivery address of the toilet was for the other side of the city! We didn’t get a knock on the door when the package was dropped off at 10:30 pm also. Absolutely disgrace!

New location! Pickup is located at the right side of the building. Drive up to the gate and they'll let you in, pickup door is directly to the left after getting through the gate. It was almost impossible to find and I had to call, I was about to leave... but giving 5 stars because I LOVE being able to pickup my Ikea stuff here AND the two guys were super friendly and helped me load my stuff.

Very careless and unprofessional. Delivery of my son's new washer and dryer as part of his house warming gift was totally ruined. They damaged both the washer and dryer on both sides by jamming them through the doorway, when simply popping the hinges to remove the door would have prevented all the chaos that has ensued. We were also promised they would setup and install the washer and dryer if we purchased new hoses (which we did), but they refused. They were totally dismissive of the damage they caused. Their company called my son later that evening and asked him how he knew that their employees did the damage...rather than apologizing to him, she was rude and dismissive of his claim and concern. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hope Best Buy stops using this company.

The fellow who delivered my stove was an arrogant piece of ***. From the moment he stepped out of his truck one could tell he was not there to provide customer service. He refused to bring down my stove although it was agreed upon with store and went as far as asking me if I wanted the delivery of my new stove or not. The delivery of the stove had nothing to do with taking down my old one. I informed Brault Martineau and hopefully, to protect their image, they will never deal with this person again. Left me with my old and new stoves in the kitchen when he could have easily just taken it down the same wide stairs he came up from. Ground floor, nothing complicated except leaving elderly persons in a mess. I have rarely met such an arrogant person in my life and can only hope Kharma renders him justice.UPDATE: after posting my comment a supervisor from the company called me and I can honestly say he was very helpful to regain my confidence that the service I received was not their way of doing business and they took it very seriously. Bottom line, he had a team come over and bring my stove down and I gave the 2 gentlemen (who had a very good attitude) the tip I had prepared for the original team. I am now changing my 1 star to a 5 star but this does not change my thoughts on the first delivery person. The transport company is also victim of they employee attitudes towards clients. They do deserve to be told when they do good as well as when things go sour.

We were finally able to order the items we've been wanting from Ikea, and knew it would be far cheaper and easier to send it to this place in London than drive all the way to Burlington. With it being where it is, we were able to easily drive around London (rather than through it), which was also a bonus! More importantly, the people we met with at the check in were delightful, and the person who brought our items to our vehicle was so nice. He helped my husband put all 6 boxes into the vehicle, and we really appreciated the assistance. Would definitely send Ikea orders this way again. Thank you!
