I found Teresa and I will be returning. I am really impressed by her techniques and knowlegde. I had a great time and love how she has experience with curly hair.

First of, Teresa brings so much energy into any conversation. Went to her in search of a haridresser who would LISTEN to me and work with my hair the way I want - AND SHE DID! Understood my hair, gave me great suggestions to fix my roots and overall colour and made me look the prettiest I've looked in a long long time:) Gracias Teresa!!!! loved my hair and will be back soon.

Teresa is such a wonderful person! I booked my haircut/ styling with her and had the best experience. She gave me tips and tricks for my hair. I am so happy with my new haircut, exactly how I visioned it. Coming from Toronto, I was nervous, but she made the whole process so comfortable and fun! Highly recommend her services (I will definitely be back for more haircuts with her if I am ever back in Montreal).

I had an amazing first experience with Teresa today and it definitely won’t be the last! The salon is easy accessible and clean. She took exactly what I wanted and made it a reality. Having blonde hair my whole life she truly demonstrated care for the health of my hair long term. She is a great balance of funny, informative and fun to spend three hours with, the time flew by ! This before and after was achieved with a full head highlights, a small trim (because trims are scary) and blow dry!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Teresa. I coloured my blonde hair jet black using box dye twice a month for a year and by the time I was ready to go back to blonde almost no hairdresser was willing to touch my hair. I knew going from box-dyed black to blonde hair would take several appointments, and I was worried because everyone told me that the first appointment or two would leave my hair a nasty, uneven orange colour. However, after my first appointment with Teresa I loved my hair colour so much I decided to keep it for a little while longer before I have my next appointment! Teresa was also extremely friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I DEFINITELY recommend Vida Salon! I attached my before and after pictures. The after picture is great, but it looks even better IRL.

I had such a lovely time with Teresa! She is attentive, kind, and extremely down to earth.She took the time to explain everything she was doing while handling my hair, and she offered her own suggestions. I appreciate it this, because a lot of salons just go blindly with what you a customer want without actually explaining the “science” behind the hair.I am so happy to have met Teresa, and will definitely be returning to her :)Thank you for a great session, and for the beautiful colour job and haircut!

Wonderful woman! Teresa first listens to her customers and then gives suggestions. She is detail-oriented and wants to do her best to make her customer’s day. I highly recommend her. She even gave me tips and advice to maintain my hair and style. If you are looking for a hairdresser who will provide you with time and listen to how you want to look, she’s the one. Also, she is very passionate about what she does, and talking to her was such a wonderful experience. Your hair is in good hands with her!:) I already look forward to my next visit!

Teresa is very warm, welcoming and shows true passion for her career. She asked me questions about what I was looking for and took great care of hair. Some random person complimented my hair shortly after I left! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

I went to Teresa for a haircut and it was one of the best salon experiences I ever had! She starts with a consultation and really listens and plans with you to get what you want. I brought in a photo for reference of what I wanted and she got it spot on! She also gave me advice for at home care and styling of my specific hair type. Most of all, she is very kind and friendly, and for a massive introvert (aka me) it was super easy to talk to her. Will definitely be coming back!
