I just had the pleasure of dealing with Chinook Upholstery we had are furniture cushions reupholstered. They did a fantast job the change is incredible. I will post before and after photos. The brown strip is the before and the blue is the new after reupholstered. Pat" was great to work and was very helpful. Lucky for me the foam didn't need replacing or that may have resulted in a longer time frame but I really can't be sure of that. The hardest part of this whole furniture reno was picking a fabric they have hundreds to choose from. I brought home twice a bag full of fabric samples to see what I would like. You have to see how it will look in your own home under the different light

They di great work, we had chairs from our dining room reupholstered and they turned out great.

very pleased with their work! Just picked up my 6 kitchen chairs that they had upholstered. Chairs look brand new and were done very quickly.I will definitely use them again in the future to fix old furniture or to have new furniture made.

I brought my RV cushions to Phet to be recovered and the end product was very satisfactory. The fabric that I ordered through her was somewhat difficult to work with but she persevered. It is also noteworthy that I am a very detailed person hence not easily pleased. Phet was always happy and professional in assuring my expectations were met. Thank you for a job well done.

From the moment we walked in their door, our experience was great. We had Chinook recover 2 chairs, a chesterfield and 2 ottomans and just got them back today. They did a wonderful job! Pat was extremely helpful in this regard. Her knowledge and help with design and fabric selection was appreciated. If you are looking to get your furniture recovered at a decent price, look no further. These folks have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. We highly recommend this company!!

Edit to add: we got chinook to do drapes for us recently and they are beautiful!!! Couldn't have asked for a better result! Even better than what we expected or envisioned! It was done in a timely manner and they accommodated our schedules. Thank you again!!!Chinook was amazing!!!! We hired the company to get our door upholstered and put up wallpaper in a room. we just loved the results and the end result exceeded our expectations! Jason was amazing to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for!

I just picked up new cushions that Phet and her professional team put together and they are just perfect. Exceeded my expectations. I have called on Chinook Upholstery a couple of times this past year, and have been so impressed with the quality of their work, professional and helpful manner and the timeliness of the jobs. I will certainly be taking all my next upholstery jobs to Chinook Upholstery. My sincere thanks for their work.

Huge issues in our dealings with the company. Little things to start but the major pressing one being they actually misplaced an item we had sent for upholstery and then insisted we were the ones who never brought it. Funnily, they found it a few days later. No one from the company ever apologized for them loosing it and then continuing to go on and accuse myself of not bringing it in which is the most upsetting part of all.The item was also received back incorrectly done, and we had to send it back to be corrected. Once it came back it was still not done properly and we ended up making the adjustment ourselves as best we could. The stitching itself was quite shoddy, crooked, and some even coming undone.I have reached out to Jason, the owner twice via email and spoke to Bhwaya on the phone requesting he follow up. It is now going on week two and I have yet to hear from him. We are a business that runs on chair time so if you yourself are in that field I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere to protect your company. If you are looking for upholstery for personal reasons I also recommend you take your business elsewhere to someone who respects their customers. Extremely disappointed with our experience with this company.
