Dr. Douglas J. Paterson

I had to see Dr. Patterson on August 5th to get my teeth extracted, and I will tell you he is the nicest, kindest, professional oral surgeon in Windsor. His staff is phenomenal and so caring. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable.

the worst staff I have ever dealt with in my life, they did not even know where to send the claims for my insurance, overpriced services, my son got his surgery with another doctor with no problems and I saved more than $700, now 7 months later they sent me an invoice because the claim they made for the first consultation ( when the doctor literally just got there to make a couple of jokes) was not covered for my insurances. the other Dr. Staff did not have any problems with my insurances.

Took my daughter and they where absolutely amazing . Great team they have .

Dr. Paterson is an excellent oral surgeon. I have had him do some work on my mouth twice in the past 6 years with excellent results. He is a people person, very easy to talk to and he listens! His staff are wonderful. I would heartily recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery. Elaine Byrnes

I had oral surgery performed by dr. Patterson and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. From his front counter staff to the nurses to himself were all very pleasant and helpful and reassuring. He is a very personable person and straight and to the point and has very good bedside manner and seems very down-to-earth. I could tell just for my consultation before the surgery that I was in good hands. He's been excellent with me even during my recovery process as I have some complications. I would 100% recommend doctor Paterson if you need any oral surgery work done.

Dr. Paterson is great but some of the stuff there are rude and like to shame people especially Receptionist “Stacey”If you are bringing a minor to have wisdom tooth removed and they only have healthy smiles Don’t go there as “Stacey” said that Doctor Paterson doesn’t take healthy smiles and she might belittle you for not having another insurance according to her healthy smiles has not been covering wisdom’s tooth’s removes since 2016 which is false I did called healthy smiles and with the right diagnosis they do cover wisdom. You are a human too Stacey and no one should be treated the way you treated us karma will get you one day, you rude bitter prune.
