Excellent service. Has two things I look for: 1) I can trust their integrity (they are honest and only do work that is needed), 2) I can trust in their ability: they do great work and stand behind what they do. They also communicate well and fast. Great company.

I had a full vehicle review on an older vehicle. I received a very thorough report on the repairs and recommendations, My vehicle as returned to me spotlessly clean and I had the use of a courtesy vehicle while I waited free of charge.

I bring my Subaru Outback to Caliber for regular maintenance and any issues that arise. They are capable and trustworthy. They have maintained my past two vehicles for years, and they suggest maintenance that needs to be done, but they never push unnecessary service. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Been my mechanic for many years and two vehicles. Excellent service and work. My wife and mother have made them their mechanic too.I took my truck in for what I was pretty sure a $600 repair, but they found I didn't need the work I thought I did and happily fixed the problem for under $100.Great people who I trust quite a bit.

Caliber was recommended by my old garage as we moved.The first time in they were organized friendly and efficient. My second time i had a warning light and they said to drop it off and they would at least get it on the dial ti know what was wrong as they were booked solid as expected for the first snow fall. They not only got it diagnosed but fixed even though booked solid in a day.Talk about customer service.

Transmission fluid changed. Power steering flush. Engine coolant flush.Top notch service provided at this Automotive Shop. Vehicle was washed after service. Awesome service.Repeat customer and continue to do so. Thanks again for your great customer service and courtesy car!!Don.

They installed a block heater on my Jeep which worked perfectly through the 2022/23 winter. Recently went back for routine maintenance, it was done faster and cheaper than I expected. Definitely recommend making this your go to auto shop.

If they can get this running, they can get anything working!! Runs so smooth! I also take my newer vehicles!!I have driven BMW for years, I have always been in the mindset that you don't take your BMW anywhere but the dealership. After repeatedly taking my vehicle and being told to change this or change that prematurely, I decided to give Calibre a shot.. and I haven't looked back since.The quality of service is second to none, they fix everything that the dealer would and I can actually trust them. It's also nice knowing the service advisor and not having that person constantly change. You get to meet the mechanic working on your vehicle and when you have a question, they answer it immediately.There are some companies that often have good value or mission statements, it's rare to find a company that actually lives their values and holds them above just making a quick buck.Very impressed.
