Please be very diligent in keeping your records of everything you are promised with this program. Keep a copy of their policies and procedures on hand and hold them accountable. We have over a years worth of documentation of numerous times they violate their own policies and did not support their students. Not providing textbooks that were paid for until just before exams, not returning messages to students when bringing concerns forward (even when the policies state they have to reply in writing) Complaints have been filed with The Alberta College of Paramedics. Instructors work multiple jobs and do not follow up with their students because they are too busy (Direct violation of their own policy). Instructors that are unprofessional and make Rude and sarcastic comments to students, . (Witnesses by multiple students, and was brought to administrators attention with no follow up or recourse) They are Paramedics that are pulled off the Ambulance Services and put into classrooms and Not trained in how to teach or instruct in a classroom setting. They may be good at what they do in the field but as one Instructor stated “This is Adult Learning, figure it out for yourself.”, Be fully prepared for them to take your money and then not respond to any questions you have, which could includes “Am I missing a textbook? Why am I not finding the resources?”.When pages of concerns about certain Instructors were brought forward we were told that WIEE had no idea what we were talking about as the computers of the Instructors were wiped clean and there was no longer any record of our complaints. Be advised, We still have our copies of all emails and texts and records.Be very cautious of any promises made.Keep All Documentation

Best instructors I’ve ever had!! Hands down the best. Very funny and good at teaching. The teachers make it easy to understand the information and they even give extra information, which is great. The facilities are very clean and open. The amount of people in each class are small which make it easier to ask questions and get that 1 on 1 time to help you better understand everything. The equipment they have are up to date and very nice.

This school is amazing. The instructors really take their time to make sure you understand and retain the information. I enjoyed every day I was in class. Shane, Sue and Steve made learning fun and easy to understand. They are dedicated to their practice and their students. Weekends are not the same now that I have finished. I will definitely be back for more courses. Thank you for making me even more excited about my new career. I cannot thank you all enough.

Last year my whole EMS station took ACLS (PCPs and ACPs) to increase our knowledge/skills together and the WIEE went above and beyond throughout the whole course! The instructors were very well informed and building is full of incredible equipment! I highly recommend taking any course here.

Was an amazing experience...the school goes above and beyond ! they didn't even come close to the bare minimum and it shows!!. Not only were all of our tools and simulations all top quality and hands on it was the highest quality of tech (sim man), so were the instructors every step of the way :) . they were knowledgeable helpful funny and serious and all at the appropriate times and they helped every step of the way !they definitely set an unbeatable bar for all the other programs around and im looking forward to doing all my training with WIEE

Great place to learn. Comfortable and professional building and staff. Large classrooms and high quality equipment.Shane shows great passion in educating and passing on his knowledge from experience.Definitely will be taking more courses with this company.

I did my EMR from WIEE. Loved the atmosphere of the institute and Matthew was my instructor. He is one of the best and knowledgeable instructors I have come across. He always took his time answering questions and explaining things. Highly recommend this institute. Other instructors are super friendly and always willing to answer your questions as well.

Fantastic experience overall! I took the PALS program over a weekend and all three instructors were very helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to complete their programs with this institute.
