I just tried my first Yoga class with Audice. It was an amazing experience. I truely loved the meditation part with her and the whole class. I felt the positive energy and how she was guiding me step by step and always checking on me throughout the class. She also did an amazing job explaining the story behind each pose, which makes it easier to remember the pose and connect with it. I really felt the change in my mood and energy by the end of the class and overall it was an incredible experience. The class went very fast and it was very interesting and never felt bored.
