Had Physio here over the past 4 months. Simrat was great help. She helped me recover from a tore tendon in my wrist. Slowly overtime, her physio techniques helped me recover. Definitely will recommend for you to use her services!

Triangle Physiotherapy is a friendly and professional place. Simrat helped me recover from an ankle sprain over about 4 months. She is warm, patient, smart, supportive, and she can answer any question in easily understandable terms. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help and support as they work to get their strength and function back!

My referral was with Manpreet for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. As an older woman this was a new experience and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the treatment & results that I have received. Manpreet has so much extensive knowledge in this field and was happy to share so much with me. Her kindness, gentleness and professionalism was so greatly appreciated. The exercises were easily do-able and beneficial and I was very comfortable with the whole process. Thank you so much Manpreet! You have given me a generously thoughtful, knowledgeable treatment that I will easily be able to use the rest of my life.

I have been going here for physio treatment and I would like to say that I love my physiotherapist Disha Naik she takes the time with my treatment and it’s tailored to my need . I learned to do exercises I can do at home and she’s encouraged me a whole lot. Also the clinic has a nice welcoming environment and the front staff has been really nice! Also I like how it’s free parking so it’s perfect for me.

Shout out to Simrat as my physiotherapist, I have had sciatica pain for long time and within few weeks with Simrat I can say the pain is almost gone, she is so knowledge and her technic is really unique 10/10.The clinic is very clean and the receptionists are so welcoming.Highly recommended.

If anyone has physio in plan l, try Triangle physio. I tried Oakville and their staff, practitioners and service is awesome.Ana & Vanita schedules your appointment, both are very nice and kind. Rescheduling or any help with your insurance is very easy with them.Garima is an awesome Human and physiotherapist.. she helps you understand your pain and makes it better in her smooth way.

Triangle is a wonderful and welcoming place with very friendly and professional staff. I was diagnosed with a lot of muscle stiffness and pain due to arthritis and other issues. For the last few months I have been working with Simrat. It has been an amazing experience. I never thought that i would be able to regain some of my strength and lose some of my pain. Simrat has been patient and very knowledgeable. She always explains what she is doing and what the next steps are all while making sure i am not in pain and always comfortable. I am grateful I was able to find and work with such an amazing physiotherapist like Simrat. 10/10

Lovely establishment with friendly and welcoming staff, the atmosphere is so chill and warm. I've been suffering with muscle stiffness for as long as I can remember, but Simrat and their other physiotherapists have greatly helped me recover! So grateful to have a wonderful place near my house, 10/10 definitely pay a visit.
