Am a new member , I am so pleased that they have multiple dumbbells so there’s no waiting and lots of equipment for everyone to use again I didn’t have to wait. Staff is so friendly and welcoming it’s lovely to see such happy faces greeting you at the door.

Nice little spot but they keep messing up with the automatic payments! It was supposed to be at the end of the month and they changed it to 5 days before, then 10 days and now is 16 days before! Middle of the month, it keeps walking itself towards the 1st of the month, I don’t like this, it should be coming out when is supposed to come out of my account not whenever they like it, is messing up with my account. I m very disappointed and May cancel this membership.

Went there after my knee replacement the lady I talk to very helpfu,l nice thank you ..I will be going to take classes :-)

Ive been a member at M Fitness for almost 7 years now and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon. M Fitness offers everything you need in a gym, and more! I would recommend M Fitness to anyone, the staff are always polite, nice, and motivating every time you come to workout. They just added a new section and its amazing! Their protein shakes are so good too.

No drop in rates available. Women's side of the gym had many broken machines and was kind of grungy. Pretty dated looking aesthetically. Would be fine if it was a value gym but cost isn't low for quality of environment. Showers available but didn't seem particularly clean, fee for towel use if you've forgotten your own. The main area of the gym isn't so bad but for the membership cost I wouldn't recommend over any other option.

All I can say is this is where I needed to be a long time ago. The staff and members are so friendly. On top of that you don't get the sense of a fashion parade. People there are focused and supportive. I'm am happy being there.

staff is very polite and very welcoming, the gym has all the machines you could need and the classes are great!
