Royal LePage Formula 1

I have been dealing with Royal LePage for almost 2 years now. We rented for a year and it went smoothly. All of our needs were met whenever myself or my boyfriend called and we were reminded of important things before we purchased our house through Royal LePage. All of the staff are very polite and great to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially first time renters and house buyer! Great work everyone!

We have been dealing with Erin and Royal LePage Formula 1 for a couple years now. We have a rental property with Royal LePage Formula 1, they have been nothing but great to us. With their help we have found the greatest renter!We have also purchased a house with Erin, she does great work. She is honest, professional and overall a great person! We value her as a realtor and as a friend! Thank you for all you’ve done for us!

Majority of the time staying in the apartment run by formula 1 I was unable to contact them or the landlord for answers to concerns or my concerns were dismissed without a thought. We had roaches for a few months while staying there and minimal effort was put forth by formula 1 to rectify the situation. I was extremely unhappy with service and communication through the the entire process.

They started out really good but a couple months in to renting from them we spoke to the manager and she told us if we gave her a good review they’d make payment arrangements with us. Not only that but the room my daughter was in had mild everywhere, rain and snow always leaked into the house. We informed them of all the issues we were having and finally my husband said if they bought the drywall he would fix our daughters room. Not even 2 days after that they told us to move but would help find another rental from them, they lied. They are not friendly and very rude as well as lie to their tenants. Bad place to rent from or even deal with.

I'v had the pleasure of working with Erin Fuchs. She is always fun to work with & looks out for your best interests . She is honest , professional ,friendly & works hard to find exactly what you want.She has helped me find 2 rental properties that were exactly what I wanted & more.I will continue to have Erin help me with my life long dreams of making the perfect investments , of being a property owner.Royal Lepage Formula 1 also have several properties that they manage , including mine . They take care of everything from finding the right tenants to collecting rent ,to dealing with any problems & handling them on my behalf .All my tenants love renting from Royal LePage Formula 1.I 100% recommend Royal LePage Formula 1 in Swift Current .You won't be disappointed

I have been renting through Royal Lepage for the past 6 years. I have had excellent service.The ladies in the office are friendly and very helpful. When there have been issues with my rental, I call the office immediately and the ladies are very quick to have the appropriate repair person come out to look after the problem.I would highly recommend this rental management company to anyone.Thank you for doing such an AMAZING job ladies!

Rented for two years from them. They seemed alright at first but management is disorganized to the point that they took money out of my account the month after I left. They also were not able to promptly refund me.

I have been renting with Royal Lepage Formula One for 4 years now,They have been very good to deal with. I’m renting my second property with them and they were very accommodating with my needs and always there to fix any problems right away. I HIGHLY recommend Formula One to anyone looking to rent a place.
