We went for our coffee in a orchard park tim. There is a lady on main counter her name is ROSE. Firstl she misbehaves with us and argued even she is very rude.the coffee was totally cold. I think this is a very poor service this lady (ROSE ) has no sense to speak with the coustmer.

Very bad place. I ordered a mocha ice Capp with no whip top. They gave me vanilla ice Capp with way too much cream and half filled glass. It took them 10 minutes to give me just one thing that too wrong. When I asked them to fill it to the top, it took them another 2-3 minutes. Also employees are not welcoming, they never smile or greet.

I bought a turkey bacon sandwich and a BLT and the turkey bacon didn’t have any turkey inside of it :/ I was really hungry so when I got home to see that there was no turkey, small tomatoes. I was pretty disappointed, pretty confused as well. Hopefully my orders didn’t get mixed up or something. Compare this pictures.

Always fast and courteous, sometimes the order is incorrect but I order quite a few times a week and mistakes can happen. But they're always quick to correct. Best Tim Hortons in Kelowna imo.

Cashier worker was extremely unpleasant and cut me off while trying to tell my order and looked like she hated her job. Then got my order wrong. If you enjoy having to see grumpy people I suggest going here.

We went to this location on May 28/22 to get sandwiches. The time was 4:30 - The sign said they close at 6 pm. We were told that we couldn’t order anything grilled as they were cleaning the grill and it was cold. I tried to order a roast beef and cheddar and was told they wouldn’t be able to heat it. At that point, we walked out. If your store is open until 6 pm, I would think a person should be able to order something hot to eat. The grill should be cleaned AFTER the store is closed. We won’t be back.

The cashier and person who served me were rude. They made my drink wrong [i orgininally asked for an iced coffee and they gave me an iced capp] and when I asked for them to change my drink the lady didn't say anything and aggressively took my drink back. She made me the iced coffee but it was way too sweet to the point that it was undrinkable. This is not the first time this has happened the quality of this Hortons is not good anymore, I would rather go to another coffee shop in the mall and get something a bit pricier for better quality. They need to improve costumer service and start to make the drinks right.
