I was looking for lawyer who can help me to get a guardianship letter and asked them if they can refer me a good lawyer. First she was so impatient and saying that if she finds me a lawyer they will say NO to me so she can’t help, then when I resist that its worth to try , she literally told me “DON’T CALL US AGAIN”. She didn’t said her name but she had an accent and extremely rude customer service.

Few days ago I tried to get 2 or 3 lawyers referral who exercise a digital/virtual/online witnessing of wills and power of attorney but they said I would need to contact some lawyers one by one all by myself to find out. Why are they called for Lawyer Referral Services?

I found this service online. i Called in the next day and It was easy to use. I just gave the representative basic information on what kind of matter i was looking for and the location i would prefer. She gave me a number right away and i called directly to the lawyers office. I didn’t get the right answer from the first guy so i called again and she gave me a different lawyers office.
