A remarkably outstanding boarding service ran by a warm, friendly, and professional couple who truly treat your feline companions as if they're one of their own.We stumbled across Priority Pets during an exhaustive search for suitable kitty-sitting after an unexpected family emergency. From the initial inquisitive phone call, right up until our cats final day in their care, Brianna and Wyatt fully delivered on their mission statement and so much more than we could have ever hoped possible.They run their business with a respectful transparency to the clients and were sure to keep us informed of our cats well-being through regular photos and video updates the entire time we were away.The moment we walked in their door, we immediately took note of how immaculate and clean they keep their home while also providing all the necessary toys, scratch posts and climbing trees needed to keep a feline content and comfortable. It was no surprise that after our initial inspection of their premises, we found ourselves surrounded by a small pack of happy and healthy cats who were eager to greet our arrival (Brianna and Wyatt are very careful not to take on too many cats at a time so despite being full, the house never once felt crowded)Based on the experience our cats had in their care, we will certainly make it a point to highly recommend their services to anyone who is need of cat boarding in the future.Thank you again for all the time and energy you put into making sure our cats felt welcome and safe for the entirety of their stay. I love the fact that my cat was not in a cage but was free to roam the house. I received regular pictures and videos. Very caring sitter. Will have peace of mind next time I go away. Highly recommended

It was my first time leaving my kitty Mocha and I was very nervous about the whole thing but priority pets made the process super smooth and effortless. It’s clear that they love pets and have tons of experience. They provided updates whenever I asked along with pictures. They were very reassuring and accommodating. I’m so glad Mocha was in good hands while we were on vacation! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you priority pets!!

Priority Pets was the best choice I could have made for my kitties! This was the first time I had to leave them with someone other than friends or family since relocating to Ottawa. I researched boarding facilities and other catteries, but they all seemed to put animals in cages or tiny rooms no bigger than a broom closet. At priority pets, my kitties could free-roam the entire house, which is exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was extremely easy to set up, drop-off and pick-up went smoothly, and communication was excellent - including picture updates during their stay. My kitties stayed with a nice, loving family, made another kitty friend during their stay, my most senior cat was given her daily medication, and I never had to worry about them being lonely. I 100% recommend Priority Pets to anyone and I will be using them again in the future! They were wonderful! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my little old ladies! haha :)

We used Priority Pet Boarding Services Inc. to board our 2 cats; the first time we were boarding in a cage less environment. We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to use Priority Pet Boarding Services Inc. again. Wyatt Adams was very good at answering all our questions and really put us at ease. Dominic, the sitter, was very caring to our cats. He sent regular photos an updates. Priority Pet Boarding Services Inc. gave us peace of mind and that was very important to us.

Priority Pet Boarding Services Inc. was a godsend for when I had to make last-minute plans to board my kitty for about a week. Wyatt on the phone, was very helpful and accommodating, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. In person, for the pickup and drop-off, he was kind and very gentle with my cat. Dominic the host, was friendly and I know he lovingly cared for my kitty as he returned calm and in good spirits. It’s also great to see update pictures of the cats on social media. Overall the service was seamless and very convenient, I would absolutely recommend!

Had the couple taking care of my cat for 4 days. You can tell they love cats very much, and it’s a great comfort for me to see my cat’s photos on their instagram when I missed her. Would definitely come back in the future.

Bunny Thunders enjoyed his stay very much. I loved the hilarious photos! He was well taken care of and got jis medication as needed. I would be happy to bring him back if I ever need to go out of town again!
