From the moment I spoke with Wes to book, to the day of the event with driver Eddie, it was such a positive experience! Wes always got back to me when figuring out details of our event and was very accommodating and professional.Our driver Eddie was on time and got us to each of the stops we had planned, on time. He was also very professional and fun! Thanks for helping make our big day a blast!

Limo service bailed on my daughter and her friends and then ghosted them. No response. If I ever need a limo service i wont be calling these people. My daughter was very much looking forward to this day. I recommend going with someone else for your limo service needs.

Went bowling with 13 friends. Told the limo to meet us all in front of a big hard to miss public building. No limo. 15 minutes later, no limo. The person who booked it call several times and they didn't pick up. Do you know how hard it is to coordinate 14 people into separate cars? We were a bit late for our reservation at the bowling alley from waiting. Incredibly disappointed.

I was shopping around for a limo to take 10 people to the Jays game and after about 15 other quotes, I finally met Wes at Limo Culture. He was extremely professional and was honest with me. I told him my plan and he was able to deliver exactly what I needed. Our driver Andrew was 15 minutes early and was ready to go as soon as we all arrived at our meeting place. Overall the experience was exactly what I asked for and with no hidden or extra costs.We had a 10 person stretch Ford Excursion for this trip and it was great. If I were to do this trip again, I would have gone one size up to the 14 passenger because ten grown men in a 10 passenger was a little tight for a two hour trip.

Terrible experience on our wedding day, Driver had wrong addresses for venue and pick ups. Got lost multiple times and was late picking up the bride before the wedding which was 12 mins away and it took her 45 mins so we lost 45 mins for our pictures. Took 25 mins to back limo out of venue and then got lost multiple times dropping guests off at hotels. Was an hour late for the 2nd pick up and to top it off they overcharged us $200 from the quoted price, we reached out to them a week ago and haven't heard back. Seems like they have our money now and don't care to make things right. DO NOT USE.

I really didn't want to write this review, but after several attempts to have an open discussion with this Company, my voice has fallen on deaf ears. In 2019 ( Pre Covid ) I happened to Win ( Bid On ) a Limo Package from this Company at a Charity Event I was participating in. Prior to being able to even consider using the package, Covid Hit and Shut everything down. During that time there were some Ownership changes and one of the pervious owners told me that my package would still be honoued when ready to use it. Although I certainly hoped that would be the case, I also partially understood that it may not end up that way. This year in Jan I reached out to a man called Wes to simply ask and see if they indeed would Honour the package. (Wes had also been involved prior to the Ownership change). Wes did respond rather promptly, asked me a bit about the package and what I had in mind and then ended by saying he would speak to the new Ownership and get back to me. Well, he didn't. So a few months went by and decided to try and reach out via Instagram from my business account. I was acknowledged and again asked for details, which I fully provided. I was told they would look into it and get back to me.... And guess what they didn't. I Waited again over a month and sent another message via Instagram, which was read and not replied too. Listen, I am a pretty reasonable person and can understand that the Pandemic has been tough on a lot of people and businesses, so I was fully prepared to be told that they were unable to honour the package. The big problem here as their lack of professionalism with taking the time to actually respond and explain their decision. I would have hoped from a Good Business practice that they at least offered up some sort alternative discount or arrangement, but instead its just been crickets. In the past I have recommended this Company approximately 15+ times and used them half a dozen myself. I am reasonably well connected and certainly could have been a great ambassador for the Business moving forward. Hopefully they can improve and do better, but until then I will not support their business and certainly will not recommend.

Very disappointed with this limo company. Me and my friends have planned an event weeks in advance, and the limo with a key part in our transportation. The day of the event the limo refused to pick up our calls and we had absolutely no communication whatsoever with this company so we had to figure out rides ourselves for 14 people, not an easy task. Next time, I’ll look elsewhere for transportation services.

Had them booked for a group event with a very clear pick up location. 20 minutes after the designated pick up time, there was still no sign of the limo. Tried calling to ask if they were close and went to voicemail every time. Even a couple hours after the missed pick up, after we had to reorganize the event, we still heard nothing. I went through here and read all of the glowing reviews and I’m not at all sorry to say that I disagree with those reviews wholeheartedly. I thought I had finally found a reliable limo company but I was dead wrong. If I could rate his a half star I definitely would.
