This developer doesn't care about the neighbourhood they are building their projects in. Sidewalks and roads have been poorly maintained and inaccessible for the elderly (and those with mobility issues) for months and developer hasn't let the community know of when they would be repaired.

TATLA built us a wonderful home with a functional layout, good sized rooms and plenty of storage space. They used high quality building materials that are standing up to the test of time. The developer was also available to provide additional customization to our home, several years after move in. 5 years later, we are still very happy with our TATLA home.

As a trade's worker, I would recommend working directly with Tatla Developments. Kuldeep was always the first to ask if I needed anything to complete my work. He was always available when I did need to talk to him, and he went above and beyond what I expect when the job was completed to make sure everything was addressed.

Did a small excavation job for them and they didn't pay a single penny still after almost 2 years...Try to stay far away as possible from them.Edit: Still lien active on our job - 968 Kingsway, VancouverStill didn't pay off the balance on their account.Still keep away from this company.Cheers

Don't go through what we have. Recently moved into a Tatla building and will never again. This is a new building where many corners have been cut, the workmanship is atrocious and they don't care about providing a quality product. Everyone in this development is frustrated with the current state of affairs and Tatla is largely non-responsive or provides terrible service that only puts a bandaid on the problem.Run from this developer. There are plenty of excellent alternatives in the Lower Mainland.

TATLA developments is professionally managed with highly competent people. The houses built by TATLA are high quality construction projects with functional livable spaces. The internal designs are great as well and the services they provide post construction are great. We are happy with our purchase several years later and highly recommend TATLA developments.
