B & D Pet Resort Dog Boarding & Grooming

What a nightmare. We went away for vacation on our way back we called to make arrangements to pick up our dog and she stayed no problem you can come when you get home. My husband shows up and for 30 minutes tried to get a hold of her. She did not answer knocks at the door or her or phone calls from either of us. Then she opens the door cursing at my husband and threatens to call the cops and to have her husband assault my husband. After and hour of this ordeal we end up getting our dog but I tell everyone not to use this kennel. I will NEVER be back. I'd give it 0 stars but obviously not an option.

Debbie is amazing!!! She is fantastic with our dog. We bring Barley to her for regular grooming once a month. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She is also very friendly and polite. She is very accommodating and does everything she can to give you what you want. Can't say enough great things about my experience with her. It's been almost two years and has been consistently awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Debbie truly is a dog lover!I bring my fur baby for a grooming every few months and am always happy with the results. She is genuinley happy to see my dog and always sends a picture or an update on how my dog is doing (my dog is only there for a couple hours at a time max) so it's very thoughtful of Debbie to do that.

Debbie has been grooming both dogs and I also been boarding them whenever I go away for the pass 4 years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies ❤️.

Amazing place to take your pets to be be groomed and / or spend time in the boarding kennel. My pups both love Deb and are always excited as soon as we pull into the driveway. You will not be disappointed. Deb treats your furbabies as if they were her own!

This was our very 1st time ever leaving our dog , our baby pug for 10 days , Debbie was very accomadable , sent daily texts and pics and even trimmed her nails.To say we were petrified to leave her was an understatement but within days we weren't stressing anymore and could relax. We also ended up being late due to missing our flight and she refused to charge us for the extra time but we felt she deserved it for sure .Our baby was well taken care of and we felt comfortable with her there. We will def re book :) and be in for grooming !

Great experience from start to end. Debbie clearly loves dogs! We boarded our small 10lb dog with B&D for several nights. He came home better behaved than when we dropped him off :)She said they have a separate space for large and small dogs and walking trails close by that she takes the dogs on if they like going for a walk.

I really cannot say enough good things about this kennel. We had to find care for our girls for a week long vacation when I was told about Debbie. I was very worried as we had never left our dogs with anyone other than family but Debbie immediately set me at ease by allowing me to have a meet and greet prior to our vacation. I have to say I was surprised how the girls immediately took to her, she just seems to have a way with dogs. I really appreciated that she was willing to keep in touch with me via texts and FB while we were away, this help keep me from worrying. Since then we have adopted a third dog and thankfully now that we have found B & D we no longer have to impose on family. Even better still is the fact that our girls get just as excited to see Debbie as they do to see us. Thanks B & D for all your great care, can't imagine trusting anyone else!
