Thank you Wolf & Chef Alana for an enjoyable, informative, & entertaining evening & demonstration on canning & preserving with the CSO.Your knowledge & confidence on the use of this oven has inspired us to use it so much more, & experiment with other foods & settings. Also chatting with other CSO owner's & hearing their experiences was fun!If Wolf plans on having anymore in-person demo's, count us in! OR if Chef Alana has any YouTube videos that would be great too!

James was really helpful in answering our questions, the long waiting period for the appliances is beyond this showroom can control, and James was prompt to send over their pricing ovations, would give this showroom a five star

I've enjoyed every experience I have had in the showroom. The salesperson was awesome, the cooking demonstrator was awesome, all the support staff were awesome. I love my appliances too, and I learned how to use them even more by taking a class. Sometimes a little tech in the kitchen is scary, but it was so easy to understand with a good group and great staff! Thank you!

I recently visited the showroom and had a fantastic experience. Chef Alana and Reggie were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in my equipment. The steam oven demonstration was especially helpful and I appreciated the recipes provided. I highly recommend this showroom to anyone in the market for new appliances. The staff truly go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible.

I am shocked at how disorganized this “high end” brand is. We placed our order for a sub zero fridge in Jan 2022. I just received another email today that delivery is once more delayed to June 2023. We customized our kitchen based on this fridge’s specs, we were told 5-6 month delivery by a sales rep at the Toronto show room. In June it will be 18 months.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS. They could not care less about you as a customer, we have received absolutely zero compensation for this horrendous inconvenience and no alternative.In fact, the loaner fridge, a small Amana freezer top, has me bending down and kneeling in my third trimester of pregnancy to retrieve food. I am so disgusted by this company. Just don’t do it.

My wife and had a spectacular experience in going into the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom. We received such amazing insights, expertise, guidance and service from Reggie and Alana. We would no doubt recommend to everyone and anyone. Could not say enough amazing things about our experience. 5 stars is an understatement.

We had our new dual fuel range delivered between Christmas and New Years and absolutely love it. If you spend a lot of time cooking and baking, these ranges are top notch and look sleek as well. We had the pleasure of visiting the showroom a month later for a demonstration with Chef Alana & Reggie, They were amazing. We learned so much, were entertained and were treated to a delicious meal during the process. Helpful, enjoyable and delicious. We thought this was a great value add and experience and would highly recommend. Thanks again Chef Alana and Reggie!

We had a fun experience with Alana, Reggie and James at their very impressive Showroom. It was fascinating seeing how much we did not know about the Wolf appliances in our home.
