I've known Kevin going on 15 years now. He directed me in my first play out of university. We've gone on to make a few films together. I've watched Kev go from producing theatre, to films, and now to homes.He's always been great at building and leading teams to success. When I was doing my own home renovation, Kev encouraged and guided me through all the unknowns ... including when I accidentally poured concrete down the main plumbing stack. I flushed it out, and the stack is fine, but his quick response to my panicked phone call saved me. He always responds to my phone calls and messages when I need him the most. He's dependable and reliable in that way.He commits fully to his projects, whether they be art or builds. Kev's word is solid and his knowledge is second to none. Anybody would be lucky to work with him.

Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with and words cannot describe how grateful we are for all of his help and support during this renovation process. There were many times where we felt lost, confused and defeated, but time and time again Kevin was able to provide us with a solution. Even more importantly, he went above and beyond by taking his time to educate us on the work being done thus empowering us to make an informed decision. He was present, easily contactable and always there to help us navigate this entire process. Several times throughout a given week, we are all in disbelief with how the dirt patch which was once our basement, is now a beautiful space within our home. Kevin brings an impressive knowledge and craftmanship to his work. He knows what he is talking about and is skilled at what he does. He is a big picture planner with an eye for detail.Kevin was easy to work with. From the first to the final step, Kevin was there and in touch communicating developments. We met regularly to discuss our plans, make adjustments and walk through the advantages and disadvantages of different options. Kevin was always prompt in his communication and completely transparent about timelines and budget. He walked us through what to expect and things we would give some thought to and then genuinely listened to what we wanted and the questions we had.Kevin works with a team of skilled people. We did not have to look for people who would work on different parts of the project. Kevin introduced us and jointly met with us to ensure all considerations and decisions were clearly communicated and the lines of communication between everyone were open.The final product is a beautiful improvement to our home. Kevin did everything he said he would and took care of a few extras. He didn’t have to, but he did. He fully delivered on what he agreed to do, on time and on budget. Kevin clearly takes pride in his work and the result is impressive.Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am happy to highly recommend him. Kevin managed our homes interior gut and extension. He was not only up front and communicative for each detail, he was also so kind and able give us his honest opinions when there were decisions to be made. He was very sensitive to the fact that we had a little one and we needed to get back into the house ASAP. He ensured we were back in the house on time no matter what it took! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great person and contractor! We would use him again on our next project 100%!!

It was a pleasure working with Kevin and Claire renovating the ground floor and kitchen of our older Toronto home. We removed two load bearing walls, reduced another wall and relocated HVAC and plumbing completely opening up the space. Absolutely unrecognizable now vs. before. They were quick, efficient and highly communicative. We could not be happier with the process and results. We worked with Kevin on the finishing phase for an extensive basement underpinning renovation (basement underpinning, replace an addition off the main floor) after our original contractor had to step away from the second phase of the project.Working with Kevin on the second phase was the single best part of our reno. He stepped in and provided much needed counsel throughout the process, and went out of his way to help us understand his recommendations and why. Not only was the work he completed exceptional, we had complete trust in him and his recommendations throughout the process.We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a GC for any scale of renovation they may be thinking about.

Kevin’s guidance and coordination of our project was unsurpassed. Once Kevin came aboard, we knew immediately that we (and our financial investment) were in competent and capable hands. Kevin managed the build of our house extension at the end of 2019. In our first meeting, he warned us that the experience would be stressful and overwhelming at times, but we quickly developed a great trust in him and we never once worried that his work would be anything less than the best quality. He was a great communicator, not just when we asked questions, but always keeping us up to date with what stage he was at.
