Secure It Self Storage

Horrible. I rented a unit and paid month to month that they owned in Oswego. My first red flag- I lost the main key so I called and asked for the spare to be mailed to me. They told me they would. Next day I got a voice-mail stating that they had left the spare key locked in the unit for me. Ummmm??? So I call and explain that now we have no key to open and they told me that now I have to pay $50 for them to remove the Lock? Really? Because THEY locked my spare key in the unit now I have to PAY? No. Fast forward one year. I moved and found my key. Since I moved to a larger house I no longer needed the unit. Moved my items out. Called to notify. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Left a message. fast forward another year and I notice that they had been taking out $35 per month for an entire year. My fault for not noticing HOWEVER, I never signed for our authorized them to deduct from my account automatically. I always called in my payment. I immediately called to report this and they will not return my phone calls and are STILL deducting money from my account. They have taken over $400 in unauthorized payments. Do not rent from this company.
