On August 8, 2019, I and my wife are first time visited Dr. Ma’s dental office for regular dental check and yearly hygiene clinic etc care. Dr. Ma and his team, including the front desk receptionist and hygienist, gave me a deep impression.  Enthusiastic, professional and skilled, as well as great and very reasonable price.Dr. Jian Ma, graduated from the most famous Peking University Medical School Dentistry in 1994. He has many years of clinical experiences.  More importantly, he is caring patients and participation in public welfare activities.We believe Dr. Ma’s dental clinic will definitely make more contributions to the dental care of the patients. Highly recommended Dr. Ma’s dental clinic to our community!

馬牙醫，無醫德！You cannot trust the dentist there. He offered to do a filling on one of my teeth for a couple of hundred dollars, and reassured me that it would last for a few years. When I went back for a follow-up visit a few months later, he removed the filling because it wasn't working, he also told me to find another dental surgeon to deal with the tooth. I asked for refund but he refused. He is so incompetent.

Dr. Ma was recommended to me 5 years ago by my client, who was trained as a doctor. During all these years Dr. Ma applied his craftsmanship to my teeth. He put his skills into art. I highly recommend him. He saved my teeth, put an implant. You can trust your smile, your teeth, your health to Dr. Ma!

My son and I are the first time to consult Dr. Ma. His office is spacious and very well equipped. The receptionist Donna is very helpful answering all the questions with enthusiasm. I tell myself that we make the right choice to come in here. Dr Ma is very professional and takes care of his patients with heart and passion. Among all the dentists we consulted before, Dr. Ma is the best. The dental nurse is very experienced as well. The dental service charge is absolutely reasonable. You will step out from Dr Ma's office with satisfactory smile. For sure we highly recommend Dr. Ma to all who need dental care.

Dentist is very aggressive on pushing you to use more of their services and products.

First time visited the clinic today.Very reasonable price and Dr. Nade are professional, skilled and explained very details about our teeth conditions. The front desk receptionist are so friendly and enthusiastic.Highly recommended Dr. Ma’s dental clinic to all of you!

Additional comment:The dentist contacted me, explained why things happened on the other day, and offered a follow-up cleaning to make up. I think things probably happened due to miscommunication on the day I visited the clinic. Anyways, I would like to revise my rating and hope communications can be more efficient in the future.Original review:I went for a complete oral exam and was disappointed by the service. Since I arrived, the dentist and his assistant kept bickering with each other and none of them bothered to explain with me anything about the exam. The dentist plugged a big tool into my mouth abruptly, which almost made me vomit. I didn’t even know what it was until he realized that he hadn’t put my teeth in the right position for taking the x-ray photo. After repeating that rugged process, it was a huge disappointment to receive a photo covering merely parts of my molar teeth, instead of my whole mouth which x-ray services provided by my previous dentists always covered.The teeth cleaning process also made me suffer. The dentist was in a rush, and the process was much more painful than any of my previous teeth cleaning experiences with other dentists. The assistant apparently did not properly suck away my blood and saliva, and I choked twice during the cleaning. The dentist candidly admitted that he didn’t do the cleaning very thoroughly, and suggested that I book another appointment for thorough cleaning at the end (extra cost needed).I’m giving two stars for their decent equipment and clean environment. I believe the clinic is able to provide professional service as some of my friends were well treated here, but the quality of service might depend on a lot of factors. I originally had high expectation, but apparently I was not lucky enough.

Got my wisdom teeth removed earlier this week, they were growing horizontally and caused some issues. Dr. Ma is an expert! I barely felt any pain. Clinic gave us lots of tips regarding recovery and I can talk & eat much better than first day after surgery:)) Has the most reasonable price and most friendly reception front.Definitely recommend. Will come again soon.Will update my surgery in a few months after getting invisiline from this clinic.
