I cannot share enough how talented Patrick is!! He is a very knowledgeable RMT who responds well to client needs. He is extremely attentive to medical history and takes the time to get to know his clients. On top of that, he provides a thorough massage that not only creates relief, but also supports maximal mobility and movement. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and caring RMT. He creates a safe environment where I am feeling very comfortable and taken care of. As soon as I finish an appointment with him, I am immediately counting down the days until my next one!

I’ve been relatively active throughout my life playing soccer and running. I haven’t been one who stretched pre or post activity which has led to several injuries including my recent Achilles rupture. Patrick has been great treating these injuries and keeping me motivated on doing specific exercises to help with recovery. Thanks Patrick!

Patrick is an EXTREMELY passionate and knowledgeable RMT! He really takes the time needed to analyze the body and its movements as a whole to properly assess the problem areas. The massage is very thorough and improves the problem areas, as well as restores proper body movement. Patrick also gives great at-home exercise recommendations to further improve upon the areas that are the focus of the massage. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall health and mobility!

Power Athletic Massage
I’m not someone who typically likes massage for relaxation or rehab in general however, I’ve been dealing with elbow and arm pain for the last month and a half. Patrick was able to make me feel comfortable and at ease during treatment. The pain was pretty much gone after one visit. He even did some cupping on my arm and I was surprised how much that helped. The home exercises he gave me has helped out a lot and I’m looking forward to my next session.

Patrick is amazing, before coming here I’d been going to both physio and massage therapy to try and loosen up my tight back and shoulder muscles. Patrick managed to give me more relief in one treatment than I’d had in the previous four or five elsewhere.Even when I’m not great at describing where my pain or tightness is, he very quickly figured it out and had a plan of attack. Well worth every penny!

My Chiropractor, Dr. Justin Bedrosian, had certificates for Power Athletic Massage at his clinic. I booked an appointment with Patrick and cannot say enough about how much I appreciated his relaxing therapy and attention to particular trigger points. His communication skills regarding pressure, comfort, and technique explanations were greatly appreciated. Patrick will likely become my go to RMT. His location on at 908 Queenston Road is convenient and includes lots of great parking.

Patrick was great, very professional, and knowledgeable. I went in with soreness in my neck, shoulder and back. I had the 60-minute deep tissue massage with cupping... My treatments with Patrick have been seamless. Beginning with the website to book an appointment. He is professional, welcoming and listens to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable on the body and is able to get to the root causes of my pain and discomforts. With the deep tissue massage he is able to release the tension and knots in my back and neck. I highly recommend Patrick.
