Was given unsafe equipment and it was an awful trip that ended up with us not getting even a partial reinforcement,and they blamed us for the condition of the equipment. We are lucky to be alive. I do NOT recommend uhaul. The equipment is not properly maintained, and is in very poor condition. This is the SECOND time moving across Canada, and used UHAUL, only to have it be a horrible experience. 100% do not recommend UHAUL. Take photos…LOTS of photos of the equipment they give you BEFORE pulling out of the yard. When renting a trailer, be aware you SHOULD be able to see the trailer in both mirrors. If you can’t, there’s a “bent neck”. Do not drive with that trailer.

Absolute flawless transaction foor renting this uhaul. Donnie's is a great place for renting uhauls. He's flexible and pretty laid back. I highly recommend this spot and will be back for another rental. Thanks

Was suppose to get a truck in Moncton after booking online about a week ago. They called yesterday and said none available. I asked to check Miramichi since I live here and was helping my brother move. They had me call at Danny's collision who rents outs uhaul. Got great service from the Admin. Assistant. She got us a truck and gave us a better price than Moncton. Great service.
