Obtained a couple of quotes on a zero turn mower which I received. Provided pictures of my trade-in to Henry Leeder. Never heard back. Contacted Key Ag in Leduc (Trent) and received prompt responses. Purchased a Z231 from them.

My experience with Mike Callan and the team at Edmonton Kubota was 10/10. Mike under promised and over delivered which is something not many people can do. We were educated on kubotas different options and Mike asked the right questions in getting to know our business before telling me what machine would work best for what we needed. Our new SVL65 is perfect. delivered a couple months early for a great price and even delivered to our shop by Mike himself. Mike gave us a complete walk through of the machine. Just purchased a Kubota U17 excavator. Mike Callan and his down to earth attitude made this deal happen. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and was focused on customer satisfaction, right from delivery to operating the machine. I am completely satisfied with the machine and excited to get digging.

It was ok. The parts dept should smile more and lighten up. Have a little fun with the customer and see his side of the problem. After all, he wouldn't be at your parts dept if everything was fine!! Some are just needing a bit of your years of knowledge and experience to help solve a problem with thier Kubota equipment. Maybe pretending you're happy they came in would go a long way to customer satisfaction of service.

Absolutely amazing staff Lois and Leon saved my day as my son rolled my father in laws kubota they got it in and fixed everything asap everyone was very nice and helpful so happy to have meet them. Would not go anywhere else.

I bought my Kubota tractor and happy with it so far. Henry my sales was good to deal with.50 hours on a tractor and have few things to follow up. Leon from service department awesome. He always replies back in short period time really helpful and easy to deal with. Thank you 5 star.

We just purchased a front loader for out at the lake from John at Kubota Edmonton. The service was excellent. The machine was delivered 1.5 hours to us on time by John himself. He was very helpful and took his time to go though the entire machine with a group up us that will be operating it. After he left our site family members were commenting on how nice he was. We will definitely be back for attachments and possibly other equipment in the future. Our overall experience was excellent. 5 out of 5 guys keep up the good work.

Its not very often that you come across a company that is incredible to do business with from the top down but this is one of them.From the sales side with Mike Callan, to the owners doing everything they can do to keep a customer happy. To the service staff of Leon the parts manager always communicating with us and being so timely in service.
