My original review was during the pandemic in 2021 and it was really bad...now, in 2023, they have had time to be better but it is still pretty awful. My wife uses this location because it is on a bus route. Last month, they didn't have the supply on hand for her prescription refill, today, they didn't have the stock to fill my prescription so both times, we had to go twice (at least, because they might not have it on Monday when I was told that I could get it filled). I will drive to Shoppers from now on for all our drugstore needs, it just isn't worth the hassle to save two blocks of travel.

Could you please update the hours on Google Maps to reflect the actual current store hours? I just wasted my time attempting to drop off a letter at the postal outlet only to discover that it is closed. Thanks!

Got Covid booster shot from here and scheduled the appointment over the phone which was very easy. But the lady with brown hair and glasses working there at pharmacy was very rude. Without confirming with colleagues started shouting that you have to come tomorrow for the vaccination. She don’t know how to talk with the customers and how to respect the dignity of other people.

Had somebody come in to this location to buy plan B for somebody, and they were faced with a cashier who told them that they were old enough to have the baby so they should have it. This is absolutely inappropriate and this woman should not be giving her two cents to a stranger. She has no idea what circumstances this person needed it for, or that it could be for somebody else. Also, last time I checked, Plan B wasn’t marketed towards only people who aren’t old enough to have a baby. Maybe find another job?

Not going to post the situation that happened.BUT - all the reviews about how ShI**Y customer service and front checkouts are 100% correct.So Rexall - It seems that this is a constant complaint. You should do something about it.You ain't gonna have a business if a trip there makes a customer never return!!

I have never had an issue with any pharmacy regarding misplaced medication. It was always resolved on the end of the pharmacist and the insurance company. I also have never left a bad review in my life. Just not my style. But people should know that this pharmacy does not want to go out of their way to deal with the details of payment it seems. That is the sense I get given the attitude of the pharmacist who was unwilling to help the second she heard misplaced." I received the medication from Shoppers with no problem. I will not be coming back"

Always ho in yo mail my packages weekly.Rvery staff at the post office are super friendly and remember you when you visit often. Very fast at prepping shipping labels.Lines move quickly on busy days. Will always return.
