Tara Construction recently finished a renovation for my restaurant. They did a Fantastic job at a fair market price.... no gouging here :)I found Ian to be very easy to work with as he was straight forward, responsive and professional.

Tara Construction built us an outdoor stair replacement to match our neighbour's stairs. Ian was quick to respond and book/complete the project. It was so easy working with this company and we loved the people who helped him complete this job. Would highly recommend for any home repair or construction needs.

First day thing to say is the communication was top notch!! Ian was very responsive, if you can’t get him on the phone right away, he calls back as soon as he can. Ian and his team are very professional and fast. Basically they finished the repairs to our upstairs washroom and ceiling of our kitchen within 5 days. My wife and I are very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend Tara Construction!!

I can’t say enough good things about Ian and his team. They were extremely efficient and hard working. They replaced the tile in two bathrooms, tiled the fireplace, added shelves in two rooms and finished off other small bits. Rates were very reasonable and work was well done. Tara Construction was recommended to me by two colleagues. I felt incredibly taken care of throughout the process and even just left them the keys. I’m adding pictures so you can judge for yourself. Tara Construction fixed my bathroom floor after my toilet leaked right before my son's birthday party. They were professional and fixed it in no time. I couldn't even tell there was any damage. I highly recommend them.

About 5 months ago, i bought a house as my family started to grow. On budget, It needed quite a bit of renovation: The kitchen, the main bathroom and the basement bathroom. I was searching for a contractor to save the day. Ian took the responsibility for me to complete the full kitchen renovation so that me and my wife have a smooth transition from our apartment to my very first home. He is honest and on time. I have been asking for his help ever since. Ian did the full kitchen renovation then the basement washroom renovation for me. I am planning to renovate the master bathroom with him as well. Honestly, i have not went out to get another quote since him. His work ethics and workmanship is second to none. When my friends hear my experience with Ian, they get surprised because none of them had good experience in the past. They never worked with the same contractor twice. I guess, this sums up the review: Ian is someone you keep relationship for a very long time because there are very few out there like him.

I was very satisfied with my experience using Tara Construction for a small project. As I am located out of province, it was comforting that Ian was very responsive to my messages, responding within the hour (even on the weekend). Ian completed the project within a couple days of my initial message, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Tara Construction completed two bathrooms for us - full tearout to studs and back to completion. They were responsive, professional, courteous, remarkably punctual, and always friendly and willing to answer questions. They went above and beyond to do a great job in exactly the timeframe promised. We could not be happier with the final outcome - the workmanship is absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!!

Ian was great to work with. He maintained good communication throughout the entire project. The project start and end date were on time. He was able to make adjustments to the scope of work as needed. The sub contractors were all very polite and provided excellent workmanship. We would definitely recommend Ian for your renovation needs.
