Carpet One of La Crosse

I really enjoyed working with the crew here. I ended up choosing Carpet One beacuse of the excellent service and fair pricing. My new carpet looks great!

Carpet One, Shaun, Chad, and Terry were hands down the best to work with. We had a quick turn over on one of our rental units in La Crosse and Shaun understood exactly what I was looking for as a rental owner! Very smooth and quick process from ordering to install— they even got in a week earlier than scheduled. Great group to work with and completed AWESOME work. Highly recommend you use them for your flooring needs!!

On December 7, the subcontractor carpet person did a job at my home. Unfortunately some damage was done. I called the store to report it and he called the subcontractor. Neither called me back. I called again and was told the subcontractor denied causing damage and because he has known him a long time, he believed the subcontractor. In other words, he called me a liar in addition to being disrespectful to me by not calling me back.

I have always had great service & fair pricing form Dennis & crew, for my home & business. I have done some rooms with high end & others with more budget priced products and have been happy with all the rooms results. I Highly recommend Carpet One!

Don't bother shopping around. This is the only local flooring business I ever want to do business with. Incredible customer service and great products. On time, professional service and my floors look amazing!I'll add better photos when the rest of my renovation is done.

**BEWARE**Watch out if you go to this place as they steal money from anyone and everyone. I used to work there as an installer and the owner himself Dennis & Chad kime took money right out of my checks. I would give a negative star, but you have to put something. As one of their self-contacted installers for many years, just imagine what they have done to many others. From, measuring your job short always, so you either have to wait for more materials or have many seams to patch it. Anyone out there want proof of some of things I have personally seen, look me up.

As a busy Realtor, Carpet One is the flooring vendor of choice for the 114 rental units I oversee. They are always on time, courteous and professional. Great product and installers clean up / vacuum after every job. Highly recommend!

Installed laminate flooring a few years ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again and played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have Chad. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. They sanded it down instead of replacing it like we had agreed. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart....Oh they closed...still better carpeting there!
