I have had a very pleasant experience with the team at the west end branch, to elaborate i had a best buy account to purchase some electronics and after buying my stuff i called in and added an account and turned out i was not given the proper account info, the employee gave me the wrong information for my account... fast forward a couple months after making 6 payments to the account i was given i got told the money was not applied to my account. when i called i kept getting put off to the next person, only when i went in to the branch on the westend of Edmonton, i talk to a wonderful lady named Nataliia and she helped me get the proper account information and took it upon herself to get the mix up fixed for me!, and all the payments i had made got applied to the correct account, so for that i am very thankful for her hard work and dedication to their customers!!Thank you Natalia!!Nick

We applied for a loan and got accepted within a couple hours. The staff was courteous and helpful. Tammy is so awesome!

Harassment! I applied for a loan through them on a furniture website by an accident. I closed the account immediately because I wasn’t interested to get in debt. That was back in 2021. Since then they have been harassing me with letters in the mail every month that I have been approved for that loan and to reapply for it. I sent back the letters and called them to stop. They stopped sending me the letters for just a couple of months then they started sending them back my way again. they just have no respect to customers.

I never asked to be on their mailing list yet I have gotten 3 letters in the last two months from them saying I have been approved for a loan. I no longer live at that address and keep getting called to pick up letters which are from them. I called to have myself removed from their mailing list and was told I’m not on their mailing list (even though I’ve gotten multiple letters from them without ever asking for them). They gave me another phone number to try - I was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up. 0/10 impressed.

Tammy at the west end branch was prompt on our application and booking us appointments to sign paperwork. She was also so patient with us when our toddler was having a “moment” and trying to grab everything. We really appreciated that as being a parent of a little one isn’t alway easy during appointments. She was quick to return calls and answer all questions or concerns we had.

Amazing experience, super fast and courteous. Tammy at the 610014 branch is such an awesome person who shows empathy and very knowledgeable. She makes the process so smooth.
