This Kung Fu Tea serves delicious bubble tea in the area without venturing too far to Square One for other bubble tea stores. This location has a great display of the full menu next to the door and lots to choose from. Also, they offer bubble waffles that are not available at other locations! Would come back again if we're craving bubble tea.The bubble tea was pretty good. Our reliable choices of passionfruit green tea and winter melon were well made. The sago was clumped up, so we'd be wary of ordering this as it shouldn't stick or clump up. The bubble waffle was good; however, it was missing something (maybe the recipe is different than other bubble waffles we've had) and just the right sweetness. When the waffle cools down, it gets pretty hard so eat it when it's warm!Overall, very quick to order and pick up! Friendly staff, decent seating space available, safe dividers in place, and contactless payment options.

I trust the quality of kungfu tea. I’m happy to see one open close to home. I have enjoyed all their products especially the eggs waffle with ice cream and tapioca. This location has nice seating and even two power plugs so you can charge your phone or even get some work done.

Kung Fu Tea on Dixie (Mississauga)
Was passing by this small plaza and decided to stop by and try it out. And OMG it’s so good! The place is very clean and cute and smells delicious. We had few drinks “38 Tea King” and “Strawberry Yogurt Slushy” and “Chocolate egg waffle” and we loved it! Very tasty. Will be back for sure!

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited here, the others 2 time were good but this time really disappointing!Frankly speaking, it’s a little bit busy when I came. There were few customers waiting inside the store, only 2 employees on shift. So the waiting time is understandable, no complaints at all!❌However, as barista who has worked in the bubble tea place for 3 years, this drink is unacceptable to me!My order is PASSION FRUIT GREEN TEA (70% honey). It tastes nothing else but SUGAR TEA!!!! The drink has no flavour at all honestly, if they really did add even just a little bit of Passion Fruit, there should be the seeds in the drink and this is how it’s supposed to be! But as you can see in the photos, there’s no seeds at all, obviously no taste!Hopefully the owner acknowledges this issue and be mindful of their employees, otherwise they will lose their customers!

I’m so glad that there’s a location here in Mississauga. I love how spacious the place is and they even have waffles. There’s so many tea selection. For my first one, I got the pearl cheese milk w/ice cream. It was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend friends and family here.

Great convenient location with plenty of parking lot in busy plaza. This place is clean and has comfortable sitting area. The location wasn’t busy which is great. The staff is friendly and reasonable priced. I had the taro slush. The tapioca was a-bit on the softer side but we didn’t mind. The waffles were cooked to perfection.

I've been here multiple times (by myself and/or with family). We've always enjoyed our drinks (since everyone has a different taste, there's a drink for everyone), the setting is great since there's many seats and the staff is friendly! There are times where it gets super busy but it's definitely work the wait!

Decided to come here on a Wednesday evening at this location. My very first timeVisiting any Kung Fu tea locations. I ordered the Plum Green Tea and my cousin got the Strawberry Yogurt Slush. The Plum Green tea was not very good but I knew I was gambling when I went with that flavour. The strawberry yogurt slush was really good!The one knack is that the tapioca there is too soft. It needs to be more firm so it’s like your typical tapioca balls.
