The independent optometrist was great. Costco optical itself was terrible. They gave the wrong info multiple times, didn't call me when my trial lenses and ordered lenses came in, gave me the wrong prescription for trial lenses, it's impossible to reach them by phone and they have no voicemail, I had to wait for 45 minutes even when I had an appointment and they didn't practice good hand hygiene between clients.

Dr. Bae was so wonderful, caring and amazing. She explained so much to us and make both of our eye exams experiences so great. Although we waited for a bit and was the last appointment on that day. She stills very energetic and warm helping us.

Way too busy. The line ups just to get in are so long. The parking is just a nightmare.
