My wife and I just got back from a stargazing outing with Keith, our friendly and informative guide from Dark Sky Guides. What a truly amazing experience. Perfect time of year, perfect weather and a perfectly clear sky. This is a must-do for any nature lover. No trip to Waterton Lakes is complete without it.

This tour was a really awesome experience! The tour bus will pick you up right where you are staying, Keith the tour guide is very informative, knowledgeable and we had a really great time on this tour! We saw some awesome night sky stars that we would never see in the city.

Keith was an amazing guide for our Dark Sky Adventure Tour. We took a short drive out of town, plus a short hike and we had an amazing view of the night sky. We also had a great view of the Perseid Meteor Showers (Bonus). Highly recommended!

I Highy recommend the adventure tour! I'm sure all the tours are fantastic. My daughter and I did the adventure tour and throughly enjoyed it. I was nervous (only because I don't usuly hike and I didn't know what to expect for animals lol) at the start and I told Keith this, and he was so very understanding and set my mind at ease by explaining things to me. The hike wasn't bad at all, got a chance to see a few deer (nothing scary about them at all!) The viewing destination was AMAZING!! The sky was absolutely beautiful! Keith has a super cool lazer which looks like its actually touching each star and constelation he's talking about and teaching about. We saw the milky way, Jupiter, Saturn and the night sky was full of stars, and even seen what we call falling stars. It was everything I hoped for!! Keith is a very knowledgeable and excellent guide and you can tell he loves what he does. The tour did not dissapoint at all! Well worth it and highly recommended!

A wonderful time with Keith on a night sky tour in Waterton! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a little adventure and learn more about the beauty of the sky. Keith is very knowledgeable and personable, and the whole experience was an absolute treat. Not too difficult physically, those who are able to go on an hour long walk should have no problem :)

Keith was able to make a last minute accommodation for our family and a few other people for a night star gazing session at Red Rock Canyon. Too notch service and vast historical and astronomical knowledge really made it memorable for us.

What a unique idea! Keith was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. Hiking at night is a completely different experience than hiking during daylight, we made it half way down the trail before I even realized I had hiked it previously. We highly recommend doing this, as it’s not something many do or even think about. We will definitely recommend to friends and family when they are in the area!!Thanks Keith for everything.

I had the chance to take in the new planetarium that Dark Sky has added, and for being such a new attraction, I can’t say more great things about my first experience with them. If you’re looking for a unique thing to check out, this is it!
