Sarah is a uniquely gifted practitioner. The space that she works out of is lovely, her energy is so welcoming, and she really fosters an environment of safety. I have received numerous Reiki treatments with different practitioners and I can honestly say none of them hold a candle to Sarah. It was my first session with Sarah, and with my situation with my anxiety, she opened up a lot of the blocked energy stuck in me. I had an incredible Reiki session with Sarah via Zoom. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into our session but she explained the process and made me feel grounded.She guided me into the most blissful meditative state. It was mind-blowing how I could feel the tension leaving my body as she was working through specific areas - all without being in the same room as me. I ended up so relaxed that I fell asleep. Sarah let me rest, recorded her findings, and sent them to me when our session ended.I received so much clarity and guidance from Sarah and can’t recommend her enough. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
