LOOK CARPET CARE

I'm sure some of them are good at cleaning carpets. However with a name like Look I'd expect as much.I was almost ran off the road 5 times by one of your drivers. To the point I did scratch my rim on a curb. To then get flipped off and left behind.I have processed the plate to authorities so you can deal with them when youd like.

Steven was very professional and nice. He cleaned all of the carpets in my apartment and on short notice too! Removed all odors from carpeting and left my place super clean for a very reasonable price.

Steven is an absolute professional and does amazing work.We had some grout starting to discolour and we couldn’t get it out with the store bought cleaners and that’s what lead me to reach to Steven at Look Carpet Care. He responded promptly and offered to come check it out free of charge! He did some spot cleaning on a grout line and the stains came out instantly! I booked an appointment with him and we actually added the grout colouring service too and changed from white to a slate colour.The work Steven did was awesome and it was a huge transformation and looks a thousand times better now! His customer service is top notch too. He followed up with me a few days later and asked if there were some touch ups that needed to be done. I mentioned that only a couple of spots were a little lighter and he came out to fix them a few days later, free of charge!I highly recommend Look Carpet Care for all your floor cleaning needs!

So pleased with the job Steven did with our floors. I was sceptical thinking my grout would never look anything but dirty. I am shocked after he cleaned and re-did the grout. Everyone that knows me knows how much of a clean fanatic I am so it was a hard sell to think he could impress me. Wow not even close he is amazing to say the least. I love them and thank you so much for the brand new floors! Highly recommend Steven and his company to anyone! Best money I have ever spent!
