Can't give a zero star and that is a shame. Ordered online on the 17th of October and got an email confirming my order. 10 days later I am still waiting for the tracking number and they won't answer my email in which I only ask if the delay is normal (only sent one to NOT act as a Karen). Still waiting but will sue in small claims' court if they don't stop picking their nose and act swiftly.

Came in for a quick fitment for my work uniform and was greeted and handled with profession. Amanda and her colleagues do an amazing job. We had a large group fitment and everyone worked amazing to have everything flow smoothly. Definitely two thumbs up!!

They never answer to phone calls or return voicemails.When I call the main phone #, they send me to a 1800 #. When I call customer service they send me to the boutique ext. 292 but after tens of calls (I called at least 40 times), I left at least 10 voicemails with my contact and emails (they're supposed to answer within 2 business days, but never had an answer) no one ever reach out to me in 5 months. Is there a manager who cares and can help there?If it wasn't for my company sending me there I wouldn't deal with them.

THE DELAYS FOR DELIVERY! It's absolutely ridiculous! They're useless 9 weeks for a belt (wrong size, probably my fault), 10 days for a return.. then what... 9 weeks again?!? The staff was nice and helpful today, for the first time I must say. A real pain dealing with them.

Thank you to the helpful uniform fitting staff for adjusting the uniform to the right size after not having a size in stock. They were accommodating for a late appointment after too many traffic jams. Decent parking. The uniform material quality feels like polyester, not the best quality or comfort so one star off.
