Thanks for working towards a great cause. However the website for muslimhands canada (muslimhands.ca) is not secured and is at potential risk. Honestly I am little hesitant to put my credit card/debit card information on a website which is not secured, so please make sure the website is secured immediately to keep donar's information safe. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a charitable organization. We made a donation in June 2020 for a well in honour of a friend’s mother who passed away but have yet to receive any update on the completion of this well. I have sent several emails every few months since then but only received one email reply over a year ago. I made the donation on behalf of many other people so I feel responsible for donating their money to an organization that does not have any accountability and does not update their donors. My friend keeps asking if the well has been completed and I have nothing to tell her. I’m extremely disappointed that they would take advantage of people during a period of grief. I have used other organizations since then and those wells have already been completed and people are benefiting from the water. Please don’t donate your money to Muslim Hands, go to an organization that you can actually rely on to handle your money responsibly in sha Allah.

I am very disappointed that this charity is pulling scams on name of religion. I had paid them money to build a well for my late sister and they keep promising me few months and its been over a year. I have people to answer. Their small kids paid money to make this donation and the well is still not built. I have emailed them a few times and no luck. I cannot get a straight answer from this company.

really appreciated them for arranging a well for my late mother, may allah accept the sadaqah jariah. took about 9 months or so, but i am glad it is finished and done, hopefully the families benefit freely from the well Ameen.jazakallah khair
