Should be renamed SadCity instead of Partycity. Either people working here are underpaid and overworked or legit they hate this job. Can’t find one employee that is cheerful and love working here. They don’t greet or smile or want to respond to customers when asked for help.Kinda takes fun out of the place.

I want to love this party store... I go regularly and carry many many things but little variety of each category so it is never a guarantee that they will have what I need. Also, the staff are generally okay but could be way more helpful and joyful...it is a party store! They do have a wide variety of balloons and which is great. They are also a go to for Halloween costumes.

Good store. Lots of selection but some things are not in stock that you’d expect to be. Maybe impacted by supply chain issues from Covid but many balloon colours not available while ordering arrangements so we had to settle for what they had versus what we wanted unfortunately. They have waves of being busy and sometimes you get caught in a long line for a simple question. Staff aren’t overly thrilled to be there it seems sometimes - maybe they just need a break. Overall, a good option for party needs but it doesn’t excite me to shop here.

This is the place comes first in my mind when I want to buy any decorations mostly for Birthday parties. They have very wide variety of choices with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always gets help from the staff, even in busiest time.

Purchased a balloon bouquet as I do every year for a birthday. Picked up at 4:30pm purchased bag to transport them in, went directly home (approx 10min drive) removed from bag, woke up at 7:30am and 3 out of the 6 latex balloons were deflated and the others starting to droop. I called the store as it has been less than 24hrs and was basically told “no guarantee with latex and there is a sign” Very disappointed, I do not expect them to last but at least 24 hours. Will never purchase from here again and will also notify others. Will purchase elsewhere as I cannot use these now.

Terrible service from the 3 younger girls working the helium balloons non stop gossiping with eachother took a half an hour to fill 10 small balloons do better

Its is one of the best place to get ready for 31st spooky Halloween night. Considering the current situation they have limited people in the store so you might have to wait outside for little time till your turn comes up and the staff is also really helpful and friendly.

Very RUDE staff member. Older foreign lady with blonde hair. She should be thankful she has a job. NEVER going there again.
