Triple 8 Plumbing & Heating

We had an extremely poor customer service experience with our hot water tank install. The work was not done as discussed and our place was left a mess (stepping on furniture with dirty boots, debris and mud left on our floors as no runners were used), we were also charged triple what was quoted for the work without explanation and told to take it up with the city.They finally did come back to correct the work after multiple phone calls/complaints but responsiveness from management was the worst we have ever had. Our hot water tank install was 5 weeks ago and it took that long to address the concerns. The shining light were the front office staff which were extremely understanding and responsive.Needless to say we will not be using Triple 8 again and will not recommend them to family/friends.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Triple 8 Plumbing and Heating for their professional and quick service for installation of a new water heater. Alicia is very quick to respond to my requests to arrange the technicians for the installation and helped to find the electrician to resolve the wiring problem, the technicians, specially Dakota are very responsible to give update on installation. Thanks very much again! I recommend this company 100%!

I have used Triple 8 plumbing 2 x in the past year and they have been fantastic. They are a little pricier then other plumbers we have used for the same issue but they are worth it for their professionalism, they showed up exactly when they told me they were going to arrive and their customer service/administration staff is fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend Triple 8 Plumbing.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From start to finish they were nothing but professional. Bob came over to give us the initial quote for a new furnace and AC. He was on time and professional and very knowledgable. He was honest about what we needed and we really didn't need to spend our money on. He gave us a great price and gave us the time we needed to make an informed decision. When we called the office the staff on the phone were friendly and professional and turn around time to get back to us was great. They were able to fit us in quickly to install everything. The guys that showed up at our home were very professional and friendly. They covered our floors to ensure no damage was done and to cut down on the mess. They double checked things as they went to make sure we were happy with what they were doing and explained things as needed. They were very friendly and professional through out the day and were very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after them selves as well before they left.From beginning to end we are very happy with the service we received from Triple 8 and will be using them for future projects. As a Real Estate agent I will be referring all my clients to Triple 8.

Replaced a water heater that was under warranty in a day. Ordered picked up installation and took care of the warranty part. Arrived as scheduled, were in and out in under an hour. Professional and friendly.

I am so happy that I chose Triple 8 plumbing! Tony and Anthony were so professional. They took my 25 year old bathroom, tore it out and in its place installed a bright beautiful new bathroom. They were so helpful in the process with choosing appropriate fixtures and helping me with lay out. They were quick to respond, courteous with requested advice and did an amazing job. They were meticulous in their work. I was surprised how quick and easy the process was and now I wonder why I waited so long to make the change.
