Hair Dynasty

I went to Hair Dynasty hoping I could get help with my unruly hair. Lucky for me, I had a great stylist by the name of Jessica who knew exactly what to do!! She was very friendly and welcoming, and listened to me ramble about all sorts of things. At the end I walked out with an amazing hair cut that a absolutely love. This woman deserves a raise! Thanks again!

This is my go to salon! Michelle and the rest of the staff are so awesome. Great environment to learn about proper hair care and the right products for my hair. The cut and colour is always bang on! Highly recommend

Charged double the cost for a colour. Wasn’t informed of this - so for some product and a colour, no cut, $300 with a generous tip. Won’t be back - found a better place that charged me $95 for a root touch up and cut. Too bad really liked this place until they ripped me off. Be careful of what they charge.

I love going to get my hair done with Michelle. She truly cares and listens to all of my requests and questions. Every time I’m there I never feel rushed and she always takes time to explain the process.All of the staff are great and very welcoming.

I have been a repeat customer to a specific hair stylist at this salon. So much so that we connected on social media.I posted a story about CUPE 1734 members deserving more and this hair stylist did not agree with my point of view (which is fair). She then deleted me off social media - I then stated that I guess I’m not welcome in the salon anymore and that I’ll let hair dynasty know …and she said please do.People are allowed to have different opinions but when you are told that you are not welcome in a salon anymore because you voiced your opinion- that educational, secretaries, caretakers etc deserve a living wage - that’s disgusting.I needed to share where your business is going to

I was so excited for my first appointment and wasn't disappointment. Colour exoerts and Nicks time, thought and intuition when cutting hair is not often found in my experience.

Highly dissatisfied with the service. Seems like they work only for people who offer handsome tip.The other day I went for a haircut. Unfortunately, I didn't had enough money on hand at that moment. Hence I was unable to tip him, and I said I'll do that next time. Sorry about that". The next time when I tried to call in for an appointment he deliberately said the wait period of more than 3 weeks (since he knew who i was). Again I called after couple of months for an appointment
