Absolutely awful, rude people to rent from. Alicia victim blamed me for attempted break-ins to my rental house, as well as my tires being slashed. Omitted knowledge of the home being unsafe and a frequently targeted house for squatters, break ins, and other crime (notably some deaths occurred in this particular house). Alicia tried to evict me over text message with less than 10 hours notice. Alicia tried to fear monger me into paying out the remainder of my lease (9 months, $14,000) because I had to abandon the home due to break-ins and attempted break-ins nearly every night. If I didn’t know my own tenant rights, I could see this bullying and malice being effective.It is worth noting that before moving in, I disclosed my domestic violence situation to Alicia, explaining I was fleeing from said abuser.My mental health took a huge plummet during my three months of renting from this terrible “landlord”. Thanks for that.I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Maryanne and Alicia are awesome, their properties are clean and in great shape. Any time we have needed maintenance they have it done in a timely manner and if it is urgent it is fixed immediately.
