Super caring and friendly staff! Took care of our 2 cats and made great suggestions for flea and ticks! Also discovered why my one cat is having vision troubles and recommended a surgical procedure to correct! VERY happy with the care we are receiving!

I drive all the way from ottawa to go to this vet. They are amazing, and absolutely show nothing but care, and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vet!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I drive all the way from Ottawa just to bring my dog here. It’s worth the drive every time. Every staff member is so kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for.After my dog’s surgery they sent me a personalized email letting me know how well it went along with a few photos. They also told me I could call any time to check up on my sweet girl. When I picked my dog up after surgery they explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Prices are fair and the series great!

Absolutely THE BEST, feels more like family than a Vet Clinic. Everyone is so caring and attentive...can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else! ❤️

I never leave reviews, but I had to for this place! The staff here is absolutely amazing - they are some of the most caring people, especially in difficult situations. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about them. My cat stanley had a urinary blockage, I spoke with Brooke, Bella, Karissa, Lisa and several other girls (who are all amazing) and they got me in the same day 3 times. The vets that helped me (Dr. Picketts and Dr. Gardner) went above and beyond to help my little guy, they took the time to explain what every medication was for, and they answered all of my questions for me. Stanley is still on the road to recovery and it has definitely been a difficult time for me, but the way the staff care about him has really helped. They also sent me a welcome letter in the mail, and in the past they have sent me condolence letters when I have had to put my pets down. They truly care about every single animal they see, even when it comes down to difficult decisions. They take the time to thoroughly explain all of your options and the costs so it is not a surprise at the end. I cannot say enough about these lovely ladies, from stanley and I - Thank you!

I live in Ottawa, but work in Prescott, so access to the Prescott Animal Hospital is pretty easy for me. That said, I'd drive here from Ottawa anyway to use their services as I've very pleased with how they handled both spay surgeries for my two dogs. The staff are very friendly, you get a sweet email from the staff (in your dogs perspective) after the surgery, with a photo. A really nice touch. Would recommend them.

We had to put down our baby girl Dolly, they were very compassionate and the room we entered was private in dealing with our loss. We took her home and had a very nice burial with friends, she is running with all of her friends up in heaven. Thx Prescott Vet Hosp.

My animals are my furry little kiddos that I love to pieces, the only place I would trust with their care is Prescott Animal Hospital. From the first phone call, to the amazing vet techs, to the vet and the spectacular front desk staff, everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My kitties are happy there so that alone tells you what type of place this is! Thank you for giving me so much confidence in the care you provide Waffles and Cheddar Cheese.
